Far Cry 3 is a PlayStation 3 open-world first-person shooter from Ubisoft. The game drops players onto a hostile island ruled by heavily armed warlords, with weapon customization, skill progression, and flexible mission approaches shaping the action.

• Cleaned, tested, and guaranteed to play. The disc play surface is in nice condition.
• Open-world shooter gameplay allows stealth, direct combat, and customized loadouts across island missions.
• The story follows a rescue mission for captured friends as the island’s violence pulls the protagonist deeper into its conflict.
• Island exploration includes memorable characters, discovery-driven locations, and a living world built around combat encounters.
• Co-op and competitive multiplayer modes add team-based play, with map sharing tied to the game’s online feature set.
• Supports DualShock 3 controls and PlayStation Network features including trophies, voice chat, matchmaking, messaging, and in-game friend invites.

Far Cry 3 helped establish the modern Far Cry formula built around outposts, open-ended combat, and a dangerous tropical setting. Its central villain, Vaas Montenegro, became closely associated with the game’s “heart of insanity” storyline.
